Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of this website. If you hire us for a project, that project is also governed by the quote we both sign.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by BlackBelt Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as CodraSoft.

The team that builds the work and answers you is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For anything related to these terms, write to hola@codrasoft.com.ar.

What the site is for

It is a company site: we show what we do and give you a way to reach us. Nothing is sold here, there is no cart and no payment is taken online.

Quotes and pricing

What you read on the site describes services. It is not an offer at a fixed price. Every project is quoted separately based on its scope.

Price, scope and timelines are agreed in writing before work starts. That written agreement is what governs, above anything on this page.

Third-party projects and brands

The screenshots and project names we show belong to our clients and are published with their permission, as examples of our work.

The logos of the tools we integrate with belong to their owners. We use them to indicate technical compatibility. That does not mean those companies sponsor us or that we have a commercial relationship with them.

The figures we publish

The numbers in the projects section are real operating data supplied by each client. Where a figure carries a plus sign it is rounded down, so the real value is higher. We do not publish estimated or invented figures.

Amounts shown in Argentine pesos are labelled ARS.

Site content

The design, text and code of this site belong to CodraSoft. Do not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Availability

The site is provided as is. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by our hosting provider, and we are not liable for business losses arising from that.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date in the header shows the version in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
